THE MAGIC OF AMERICA — A Once‑in‑a‑Lifetime Celebration!
October 17 • Florissant Performing Arts Center • Doors open at 1:00 PM

Prepare to be swept into an unforgettable afternoon where patriotism, wonder, and pure astonishment collide. On October 17th, the Florissant Performing Arts Center transforms into a red‑white‑and‑blue spectacle of illusion, laughter, and heartfelt tribute to the grand land we call home ... AMERICA!

A magical experience from the moment you arrive, our skilled magicians will fill the lobby with close‑up miracles starting at 1:00 PM — coins vanishing, cards transforming, minds being read, and impossible moments happening inches from your eyes.

Become a World Record–Holder!
Before the LIVE stage show even begins, YOU will help set a World Record ... without leaving your seat. At 1:55 PM, every audience member becomes part of a massive, synchronized magical moment. You’ll perform a simple trick with your own hands and walk away as an official World Record holder. It’s thrilling, historic, and absolutely unforgettable.

As a tribute to America’s heroes, the 2:00 PM stage show features professional magicians performing their most powerful patriotic and family‑friendly acts with illusions in honor of the brave men and women of our military and the first responders who protect our communities every day. It’s moving. It’s joyful. It’s magic with meaning.

Comedy, wonder, and big stage illusions: from laugh‑out‑loud comedy magic to breathtaking large‑scale illusions, this 90‑minute celebration is designed for kids, parents, grandparents, first-responders, veterans, and families of all ages.

Now serving in our 100th year, deeply discounted tickets remain our promise to the St. Louis region. As a 501(c)(3) Missouri non-profit charity, our focus is on providing free entertainment and education to the underserved in our community. Even though this is our only major fundraiser of the year, we’re keeping tickets affordable so everyone can experience the wonder (and partner with us in our mission):

Please join us for our next Ring One meeting on a SPECIAL NIGHT, Friday, August 21st, at 7 pm (Parkway UCC, 2841 N. Ballas Road, St. Louis, MO 63131) for an in-person Lecture featuring an internationally acclaimed performer, Jamie Williams!
Craig Petty claims that Jamie "is one of magic's greatest creators!" Jamie Williams, AIMC, is an award-winning magician and creator
whose material is performed by professionals worldwide.
Named WOW Magazine Magician of the Year and an Associate
of The Inner Magic Circle, Jamie is known for practical,
commercial magic including Celebrikey, Sticker Kicker, Star
Draws, and the hit release 2Face.
This lecture is packed with powerful, practical close-up magic designed for real-world performance. The material
focuses on strong audience reactions, clever but workable methods, and routines that professionals actually use!
Attendees will learn commercial card magic, visual magic with everyday objects, and modern handlings of classic
plots — all tested in professional performance environments.
1. Regal’s Roundhouse – Jamie’s modern handling of David Regal’s classic plot where no card is selected, yet
the impossible reveal hits incredibly hard. This routine received a standing ovation during Jamie’s lecture at the
Blackpool Magic Convention.
2. Sticker Kicker – Jamie’s award-winning routine (Penguin Magic Trick of the Year) that combines a fun premise
with a shocking and memorable finale.
3. 2Face – A powerhouse two-phase card routine created with David Jonathan that blends visual magic with a
clever structure that leaves audiences stunned.
4. I Suck at Poker – A comedic and baffling routine where the magician claims he has no idea how to play poker,
yet impossibly locates all four aces.
5. Wait, What? – Jamie’s hands-off ACAAN where the card and number match perfectly… using a borrowed
deck… and the magician never touches the cards.
6. I-Paper – A visual piece of modern magic where a borrowed mobile
phone is scrunched up like paper and restored — with no switches or gimmicks.
Visit www.ibmringone.com for all of the details. DO NOT miss this opportunity to learn great magic from one of the best that the UK has to offer. Admission is FREE (for first-time guests) ... come join us for an amazing night!

Magic! An Evening of Wonder brings together one of the most extraordinary lineups ever assembled on a single stage. Jon Armstrong — winner of both Close-Up and Stand-Up Magician of the Year — brings his award-winning comedy magic fresh off a Netflix documentary and his ongoing run as a Disney Cruise Line headliner. And Artem Shchukin, the reigning FISM World Champion of Magic, delivers the kind of breathtaking manipulation artistry that earned him the IBM's own Gold Medal — and now brings it back to the IBM stage.

International Brotherhood of Magicians

Marriott St. Louis AirportSt. Louis, MO
Saturday, July 25 • 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM
Overview
Seven of the world's best close-up magicians. One stage. Impossible things happening inches from your face. All ages. Showtime 3:15pm
Close-up magic is the most intimate, most unnerving kind. There's nowhere to hide — the magician is right in front of you, and the impossible still happens anyway.
The International Magic Close-Up Show brings together seven of the most celebrated close-up artists in the world for an evening that will rewire your sense of reality. Jonathan Burns — dubbed "Extremely Funny" by the New York Times and twice named Variety Artist of the Year — brings his one-of-a-kind blend of comedy, contortion, and magic that has left audiences on The Late Show and America's Got Talent completely speechless. Jonathan Levit, private magician to some of Hollywood's biggest names, delivers the kind of sophisticated sleight of hand that has made him one of the most sought-after performers on the planet. Andi Gladwin — co-founder of the world's largest magic company, Vanishing Inc., and the subject of the 2026 Tribeca Festival documentary Stealing Magic — brings a performance career that has taken him from presidential inaugurations to Penn & Teller's green room, where he walked out having fooled them. Paige Thompson is a triple threat — illusion, stage, and close-up — whose work at the Chicago Magic Lounge and appearances on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and Masters of Illusion have made her one of the most exciting performers working today. Aaron Fisher, author of The Paper Engine — considered a seminal text for card magicians worldwide — brings decades of mastery to bear on material that has influenced an entire generation of performers. You simply won't believe what the wunderkind Ari Zarret brings to the close-up table - artistry and excellence far beyond his age. And Chris Korn, known to 74 million viewers from his international television series and billed as the King of Close-Up Magic, closes the circle on a lineup that simply doesn't happen every day.
This is magic at its most personal, its most precise, and its most impossible. Family-friendly and open to all ages. Doors open at 3:00 PM, showtime at 3:15 PM.
