Another great afternoon of Back Pack packing. Doane students showed up in full force. We also had a very large group of community members and Crete High FBLA and NHS.
Our table leaders were all from Doane. Ashley, Findley, Ryland, Kristen, Megan and Ginger. We also had our expert voucher helpers - Darcy, Liz, Emma and closet helpers Logan and Joseph.
Fighting Food Insecurity as a community. ❤️❤️❤️

Another great night of packing. We had a large group from Doane, Crete High National Honor society and FBLA members and the Crete Softball team.
Also many members from the community Rotary, Teacher group, CAMC and Catholic and Methodist members. .

If you don’t have supper planned for Wednesday evening, think of going to the Crete Dairy Queen. From 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM they will give the Crete Backpack Program 10% of their sales.

Everyone-

It's harvest time and I almost forgot to remind you that today (Oct. 9th) is the day of the month that the Crete DQ gives Crete Backpack 10% of their sales from 4:00-9:00 PM. Consider stopping by to pick up a box of Dilly Bars to keep in the freezer! Have a great day.

Don"t forget the Homecoming Bonfire starting at 6:15 at Tuxedo and then go to the DQ!! So much to do in Crete this week!
