ReFresh was birth through a burden of compassion for individuals who had a heart and love for the healing power through music; yet were experiencing burnout and droughts in their personal lives in May of 2014 . Larraine McCaa, Founder/CEO of The ReFresh Institute,Inc., picked up the torch and carried the burden God placed on her heart to empower those who live and serve in the area of music in the

Earth. Knowing the experience of personal burnout, Larraine began hosting empowerment sessions to educate, inspire, and empower all individuals looking for an oasis in life. The ReFresh sessions began as a ministry event being full of teachings, insight, iron sharpening, intercession, and prophetic movements in worship, prayer, and teaching. is geared towards expansion - Reaching, Inspiring, Empowering - providing solutions to revive passion for living to those who have experienced burnout and have lost their reason for existence. We are focused on rekindling hope for life, rejuvenating the value of ones identity, and reviving love though selfless service.

“The Lord placed a burden on my heart for the Priesthood about 5 years ago. Before that time, all I knew was that I was fulfilling a legacy mandate.

A couple of months of ago, I found out that the mandate was bigger than the ability & anointing to sing, preach, and teach (I come from a line of singing Evangelists, Preachers, Teachers, and Pastors) BUT I FOUND OUT, that I COME FROM A LINE OF PRIESTS! 🤯🤯🤯

That time of discovery had me STUCK!!! It all began to make sense !

The intel that the Lord released to me prior to this connection made me FEEL THE WEIGHT OF THIS MANDATE & the necessity for it NOW! The pieces to the puzzle came together!

The Yes I gave God was bigger than recording albums and leading people in worship…. it was about restoring and reforming a KEY ELEMENT for the Earth & those that dwell therein.

Today, launches the beginning of that Work!! I’m so excited to start this discourse! We will see the fruit of this last for generations to come! As long as I live, I will submit to the plan of God to partner with Heaven concerning this move in the Earth!
