πŸ“£ Calling All Multigenerational Flyer Families!

The Lindbergh High School Alumni Association is helping LHS Athletics celebrate families whose Flyer pride spans generations.

From grandparents and parents to current students, generations of Flyers have left their mark through athletics, activities, arts, clubs, and student leadership. These family traditions are an important part of Lindbergh's story, and we want to help share them.

If you are part of a multigenerational Flyer family or know someone who is, we encourage you to complete the questionnaire below:

LHS Athletics will be highlighting these families throughout the summer, and we'd love your help spreading the word.

It is with heavy hearts that we share this sad news. Kris Blakemore, one of the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association Founding Members, has passed away.

Kristine Ann Blakemore, born on November 19, 1944, in St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026. She is survived by her sons, Lee Blakemore (Corinne) and Doug Blakemore (Stacey), five grandchildren, family members, and many dear friends.

A proud graduate of Lindbergh High School, Kris carried her Flyer spirit throughout her life and remained deeply connected to her alma mater. She was a founding member of the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association and a passionate supporter of the Lindbergh community. In 2020, her family established the Kris Blakemore Lindbergh Spirit Scholarship in her honor, creating a lasting legacy that continues to support Lindbergh students.

Kris will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and generosity, as well as her dedication to Lindbergh and the people she loved.

Memorial donations may be made to the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association Kris Blakemore Spirit Scholarship through the link below.

Congratulations to Will Scherer, LHS Class of 2025!

FROM LINDBERGH TO TEAM USA

Congratulations to Lindbergh High School alum Will Scherer on an incredible accomplishment on the national wrestling stage!

Just a couple weeks ago in Las Vegas, Will finished 2nd at the U20 US Open in Greco-Roman Wrestling, earning his spot on the United States Men’s U20 National Team.

With this showing, Will will now represent Team USA for the first time at the Pan-American Championships in Rio de Janeiro this July, competing at 77 kg against some of the top young wrestlers in the world.

This is a great achievement and a testament to Will’s hard work, discipline, and commitment both on and off the mat. The Flyer Family is incredibly proud to see one of our own representing Lindbergh and the United States on the international stage.

Good luck in Rio, Will!

πŸŽ“ Grad Walk 2026! πŸŽ“

Today, we were proud to support the 2026 Grad Walk, a heartwarming Lindbergh tradition where seniors return to their elementary and middle schools for one final walk through the halls that helped shape them.

Each year, the Lindbergh Schools Foundation and Lindbergh High School Alumni Association provide the funding for buses, help coordinate the event, and organize the amazing volunteers and chaperones who make it all possible. πŸ’šπŸ’›

Here’s a sneak peek at the fun. We’ll be sharing more photos and videos in the coming days, and all seniors will receive a link soon to download the full collection.
