"I decided to take a leap of faith and sign up for MOPS, I was walking in with a lot of reservations and uncertainties. But, I have been blown away by the warmth, kindness and unconditional support that I have received from this wonderful group of women. I couldn't ask for a better support system!" 💛

"Bottom line: MOPS changed my life. I was invited to a meeting by a friend while we were at the library. I hesitated to attend, but I’m forever grateful that I did. I’ve found lasting (non-judgmental) friendships, and have developed a more firm relationship with the Lord. The best decision I ever made was going to the first meeting."

"I joined MOPS after deciding to stay at home with my first son but knew very few moms in the area. Three years later with this group, I would gladly call ALL these ladies my 'besties' and do anything for them, and they the same for me.

While pregnant with my second, they helped my family with meals, keeping my oldest will I was in the hospital, and have continued to support the growth of my family.

True friendship is hard to find, so I will always cherish what MOPS has brought into my life."

"Years ago, a mom joined MOPS as a brand new mom half way through the MOPS year. She loved her little baby more than words could express, but she felt lonely, tired, inadequate. She walked in these back doors nervous and overwhelmed while carrying a diaper bag and a car seat but she was desperate for community … desperate for a reason to put on clothes and leave the house.

In this room she found women who encouraged her as she had difficulties with milk supply, struggled in her marriage, suffered a miscarriage, found herself pregnant again but felt sick throughout that whole pregnancy.

She was no longer alone when she went through years of sleep deprivation, struggled in her marriage once again and eventually learned to find herself in the midst of the crazy journey we call motherhood.

She found her fire with the help of other women.

I am that mom."

This is an unprecedented time for all of us, and this week as I was talking with God, there were three things that he brought to mind. We are currently in the Easter season, but…

Each mom in MOPS represents a family. What a ripple effect your group can have! We may never fully grasp the effect that MOPS can have for generations. Today, we thank God for his faithfulness to take our little and multiply it for greatness.

“MOPS is the first place I felt comfortable sharing as a new mom. I had an 8-month-old daughter and we adopted twin 3-year-old boys. I needed MOPS so badly. I was accepted and welcomed and no longer felt alone in my struggles in motherhood. Love MOPS. I’m a walking billboard for MOPS. Love y’all!”

We love being there for one another!

“The first year I attended MOPS, we had just moved. I didn’t know anyone and I was newly pregnant with twins. My pregnancy was extremely complicated, and I was on hospitalized bed rest from 23 weeks until I delivered at 36 weeks. The women from MOPS brought meals to my husband and two-year-old, visited me in the hospital, and even threw me a baby shower in the hospital. I felt extremely loved and supported by these godly women who had barely met me before my family went through one of the biggest challenges we had faced so far. They showed us true friendship, godly service, love and support.”

“I have been a part of MOPS for seven years. I first started attending when my oldest child was nine months old. I didn’t realize how badly I needed MOPS until I made community and friendship connections that I hadn’t had for years. I was struggling with lack of friendships and struggling with how to take care of myself and my family on no sleep. MOPS was a lifesaver for me!”
