Toddler Song & Story Time has been such a hit! Thanks to all our mamas and papas bringing in the little guys for their weekly screen free entertainment/brain nourishing/ good times!
Up next in ApRIL!! Starting Tuesday April 7th, each Tuesday in April we will host a guest to lead A Seriously Lit : Toddler Song & Story Time.

This beautiful night!! The Woody Guthrie Tribute was impeccable. I just thank so deeply are musical community for joining us on this ride.
Our nonprofit is now supporting 8 kids with new instruments and private lessons, and that is an all time high, thanks to our team and our friends!
We finally have more prints of the More Strings Less Screens shirts, so if you need them we have every size available!
We hope to see you all more regularly, at our Weekly, Seriously Lit Toddler Song & Story time, led by Magnificent Musicians. Tuesdays at 10:30 at the Baca Library.
Join us to learn and share some Bluegrass songs at the Bliss, every last Monday of the month starting March 30th! I have a playlist going if you want to learn the tunes at home first. Ask for our link!
We are committed to giving music more life, and more life to music.

“A Seriously Lit” 🔥 Toddler Song & Story time is coming to Baca Library starting March 3, every Tuesday at 10:30
We will feature local musicians, (often & Kiki) and story tellers bringing magic to our youngest learners each week. Youth exposure to music and story grows minds, language skills, empathy and great friendships!
The library will also be featuring our new selections : Crest Fest Suggests! Where the music festival team is buying our favorite and beloved music books for the library. We plan to offer biographies and autobiographies, song books, educational materials, great sing along books for the kids, and more! This first month will feature works about the legend Doc Watson.

The Crestone Music Festival is gonna do things a little differently this year. We are working on some sustaining events and activities that can happen throughout the year.
Our kids with their new instruments are not only getting private lessons, but they are also part of a online meetup twice a month to have accountability with what they are working on, and training musicianship and practice skills with Alixe Landry.
Toddler Song & Story time is coming to the Baca Library! Starting in March, and we are pairing our library presence with a new section at the library called CrestFest Suggests! Where we will buy a few books each month for the library, with music as the theme.
We are working on a location for a monthly bluegrass pick, and will be bringing in some stellar musicians to sit in with us.
And MOReeee! But for now I just wanted to announce we are shifting our focus on landing these new actions for our community and will get back to growing and throwing the best music fest around soon!
