It’s that time again!!!

Time for another long awaited Pop-Up Freebox this time featured at this year’s Crestone Energy Fair.

We are so proud to be teaming up with the amazing Amory Reed to bring you not only the Freebox Revival Project but also the Freebox Fashion Show Parade and Epic Dance Party!
Participants are encouraged to get creative and make flashy Upcycled costumes or outfits to rock while parading around the fair. Starting at the pop up FreeBox at 12:15 pm on Sunday. Dress your best and win a prize!! 🏆

Hi all!
I want to clear up some confusion!! The free box isn’t REOPENING on the 4th of July. We are doing a POP-UP free box in the park by the main stage for the 4th of July celebration!! You can bring any stuff you’ve been saving to take to the free box and find that magical thing you didn’t even know you needed! Please read and abide by the free box guidelines.

All donations must be clean and functional!

The Freebox building is still undergoing its final treatments and reconstruction projects so in the meantime we will be hosting some pop-up freeboxes at our local events. We do need volunteers!! The Craft Trade Collective is proud to support the Freebox Revival Project 2024!!! The Mission of the Cresonte Freebox is to lessen the amount of useable items flowing to the landfill, provide necessities to low-income individuals and families, and inspire gift economy thinking throughout the community and beyond. One of the goals of the Craft Trade Collective is to encourage creative ways to upcycle and repair unwanted items from the free box and provide the community with a maker’s space equipped with tools, craft materials, and an inspiring environment to gather and create. We have so many amazing updates and introductions ahead so stay tuned for more information about our organization and our community programs. There will be a Pop-Up FREEBOX at this years 4th of July celebration brought to you by we will be accepting clean and functional donations and we will of course have magical items that want their new homes! We will need volunteers so head to the link in our bio to signup!
