When: Tuesdays or Thursdays, 8:10–8:50 AM (just 40 minutes, once a week)

What: Read with the same 1–2 students each week, all school year long

Why it works: A consistent adult + consistent time = real reading gains

Do you like reading with kids?

We are searching for volunteers to be a Reading Buddy with a Creston Elementary 1st grade student.

You will be paired up with one or two students and read with them weekly. Watch them learn and grow as you make a connection with your student.

Reading times are Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 8:15 am - 8:45 am. Sessions begin on January 16th and continue through May.

Football season is here! Help raise money for scholarships to award Creston seniors. Purchase a yardline for $20 for a chance to win $100. If the football is on your line at the end of the 1st or 3rd quarter of any Creston home varsity football game, you win $100! Message us to buy a yardline or find us at the first home game on August 25th. Go Panthers!

Do you like reading with kids?

We are searching for volunteers to be a Reading Buddy with a Creston Elementary or St Malachy 1st grade student.

Starting mid-November, you will be paired up with one or two students and read with them throughout the school year. Watch them learn and grow as you make a connection with your student.

Volunteers can choose to read weekly or every other week. Reading times are Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays from 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
