Creston Women's Club

Creston Women's Club Community organization dedicated to raising funds for student scholarships.

Founded in 1939 in Creston, Calif., this energetic group of concerned community members organizes community events (Santa, Spaghetti Feed, Bloody Mary Contest, Halloween) as service and fundraisers benefiting scholarship program & community center needs.

CANCELLED- We are sad to announce that our annual Spaghetti Feed in conjunction with the SLO Bike Club’s Wildflower Ride has been canceled. Our team is considering a future date for a Take Out Only event on a Friday so our wonderful Creston community can enjoy the best sauce around AND the CWC can still benefit from this traditional fundraiser.

Did you know….. 🧐 The Creston Women’s Club Annual Spaghetti Feed originally began as a community wide event? It was after the dinner was long established that it evolved into an opportunity to partner with the SLO Bike Club so cyclists could “carb load” prior to the Wildflower Century Ride.

We know that many of you hunker down at home to avoid the chaos, but we want to know from YOU, fellow Crestonites, what can we do different to bring you back?!? Please be kind. Were xcited to hear your suggestions!

***NOTE- we will be bringing back the pre-order “to go” option that we did during the pandemic. It was either individual meals or a family meal. Prices & details to come.

Only 3 days from now we’re having our annual Christmas Party! It’s this Friday, Dec 5th, 6:00pm at the Bordonaro Ranch. All the gals in the Creston area & friends are invited, no need to be a member!! Sharing photos of past parties so y’all can see how much food, wine & FUN this gathering will be!

All Creston gals are welcome!! It’s time to mark your calendar for the first Christmas party of the season!!!! Friday, Dec 5th at 6pm. This year Martha Bordonaro is hosting at “the big house” on their ranch, directions on flyer below! Bring an appetizer or dessert to share. Non-alcoholic beverages provided, BYOB if you want adult beverages. This party is SO FUN! Door prizes again this year. Separate prizes for guests and existing members. We’ll be playing “steal a gift”, so bring a gift ($20 value) if you want to play. 🧑🏻‍🎄⛄️🎄🎉

So much fun today at the CWC’s Craft & Sip!! Huge thanks goes out to our instructor extraordinaire, Susan English!! Not only did she come up with such creative ideas & gorgeous samples, she also did all the leg work to provide us with tons of supplies & materials to choose from!! Thank you’s to Jane Shults for providing the deee-lish wine! While everyone left with one or more completed projects, the very best part was spending time together. 🥰🍷❤️🥳
