This is one of the hardest posts I’ve ever had to write, but my career has taken a direction where I’ll be traveling much more, and my husband works long hours and I can’t give Apollo the stable, consistent home he deserves. It’s not fair to him to be left alone, especially since he struggles with anxiety when he’s by himself.

Apollo is a 7-year-old American Bulldog, fully up-to-date on all of his shots. He’s incredibly loving with people and adores children. He’s a chill, happy boy who loves to play fetch and spend time with his humans. He’s not a caged dog and thrives in a home where he can just be part of the family.

He truly is the most sweetest boy. He’s house trained, and knows how to sit, stay, back up, and lay down.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and Apollo has been such a good service dog for me. Always helping me go up stairs or when I’m going through really rough flare ups he goes under my legs and won’t leave my side. It would be amazing to take him with me for work but because he cannot get a long with other animals in public and he will attack, it’s a liability I cannot risk to take. I do not have the strength to handle him due to my disability. He is VERY strong.

IMPORTANT: Apollo needs to be the only pet in the home. He doesn’t get along with other animals, and for the safety of other pets, he cannot be around them. Boarding him has become difficult and expensive because of his special needs, which is why finding the right forever home is so important.

My heart is broken over this decision because Apollo means the world to me, but I’ve waited my entire life for my career to take off, and now it’s finally happening. I want Apollo to have the love and attention he deserves, and I’m hoping to find a family or individual who will give him that.

***Rehoming Needed***

They are 11 months old. Their birthday is June 11, 2023. Their mom is a calico tabby and father is a black cat. Babies is a lover once he gets use to you, as well as Shy-Shy. They know their names but all I ever called them was by their nicknames. I am unable to take them to my new place so have put them up for adoption. They are amazing kitties. Want them to go to a great home. Preferably same home if possible. If not, that's okay. Babies is co-dependent once he gets attached and sometimes has anxiety bold and friendly. He doesn't really like vehicle rides. He can warm up to you quickly. Shy-Shy is shy until she warms up to you and becomes affectionate. She loves car rides. Both kittens are warm and affectionate. Safe to have around kids and babies.

OMG! I actually saw River about 15 minutes ago! I'm so ecstatic right now. Time to set the traps. Wish me luck at bringing this adventurous girl home.

This is Shadow, my big guy, my best cat! He gave me 17 years of the most wonderful memories. I couldn't of asked for a more loyal cat than him. With his age and deteriorating health, we knew his passing was fast approaching. I actually made the appointment with my vet but just couldn't bring myself to do it, realizing it was the anniversary date of my dad's death. I decided to let nature take its course and not stress him out by taking him out of the home. I continued bringing him food and water and carried him to the litter box because it was difficult for him to walk. Friday night was the most difficult for us. He laid beside me and was comforted with gentle petting and I poured all my love into making his passing peaceful. I finally fell asleep around 2:30 am with him next to me and when I woke at 6:30 am, he was gone. I miss him terribly and I'm heartbroken that our journey together has come to an end. The wonderful staff and service that Paws and Remember provides will allow me to bring him back home soon. So to my best cat Shadow, I love you and thanks for being my loyal companion throughout the years. I expect you will be waiting at Rainbow Bridge for me. Until then...

You always owned the room when you entered, challenging all to meow something or to just look at you wrong, you would show them who was boss! You would instantly melt in our arms and I will miss your hugs. My heart is heavy with your loss and I will miss your sassyness. Fly high Monday and no dive bombing any of the other felines. Thank you for being apart of our family and makng our family yours. We love you!
