RECURRING EVENT: 1st Tuesday of Every Month
7-9pm, CMAC HQ & Musical Commons

Hosted this Tuesday by CMAC all-star, Wade Adams. Many of you know him as Creede’s beloved yoga instructor & CMAC’s front of house manager & volunteer coordinator, but did you know he sings & plays the saxophone?

Bring a song, bring a friend, or just bring your ears, CMAC’s Monthly Song Swap series!

Think open mic meets front porch jam session: we’ll keep it casual, passing the spotlight around one tune at a time. Share an original, cover a classic, join in if you know the chords, or just soak it all in. Whether you’re a seasoned songwriter, a casual strummer, a spoken-wordsmith, or someone who just loves live music, there’s a seat in the circle for you.

CMAC will have a few mics, a piano/keyboard, and a variety of stringed instruments on hand for those who want to gently plug in or join the fun spontaneously. The atmosphere is relaxed, collaborative, and rooted in acoustic-style sharing.

All styles and experience levels welcome.

To all of our pop-up concert performers and local businesses & organizations that welcomed them on their sidewalks & into their spaces for this year’s 38th Annual Taste of Creede Festival Pop-up Concerts.

EVERY FRIDAY through the summer @ 12 PM

Led this week on Zoom by acclaimed baritone & CU Boulder College of Music Associate Professor of Voice, Andrew Garland.

Warm up your voice and lift your spirits, CMAC’s Friday Voice Class is open to all!

This weekly class is for everyone- all levels, all styles, all ages. Whether you’re a total beginner, a confident belter, or just someone who loves to sing in the car, you’re welcome here.

This week’s class is taught via Zoom, but CMAC HQ will be open w/ big screen TV rolling & camera on, so that you can still meet your fellow classmates in-person to experience the class in hybrid form if you wish.

We are excited to contribute to the festival’s atmosphere through pop-up concerts on Main Street, integrating music to this annual local celebration of art and cuisine!

38th Annual Taste of Creede Highlights:

🎨Art & Entertainment: Many artists showcase their work on Main Street. Don’t miss the opening of the National Small Print Show held at CRT.

🧑‍🍳Cooking Competitions: On Sat, the “Silver Chef” competition features local chefs competing under the blue and white tent.

🖌️Interactive Art: On Sunday, Main Street hosts the Quick Draw event at 1pm, where artists complete works in one hour, followed by an art auction at the Creede Hotel.

🎭Theatre: CRT opens its season with the production Fully Committed.

Creede, South Fork, and neighbors—we need your help! Independence Day is one of the most popular times in our beautiful small town, and right now, we are facing a bit of a housing crunch. We need a true community miracle for 6 visiting artists who need a place to stay over the July 4th holiday. Can you help us show them what small-town America is all about?

If you have a spare bed, a guest room, a private suite, or a cabin available, you could be the ultimate CMAC Housing Hero! Whether you can host just one artist or a few, every single bed counts.

🏡 How you can help:
• Got a spare room/bed? Host an artist for a short stay over the holiday.
• Got a vacation rental? Consider an in-kind donation or a reduced-rate rental for the weekend.
