Don't miss this free opportunity to continue growing your leadership skills with Ivy Tech Community College Lafayette!

The LEAD (Leadership Empowerment & Development) Training Series is a grant-funded, four-part lunch and learn series designed for both emerging and experienced leaders looking to strengthen their leadership skills, build high-performing teams, and connect with professionals from across the region.

📅 Series Schedule (11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
• September 9: Leadership & Supervision
• October 14: Professional & Technical Skill Building
• November 11: Communication & Teamwork Development
• December 9: Advanced Leadership

Each session builds on the previous one, so participants are expected to attend all four sessions.

🌟 Leadership in Action!🌟

Foundations of Leadership Academy participants gathered yesterday for Session 4, diving into topics such as leading diverse teams, coaching and problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

The day also featured an insightful discussion on placemaking with local community leaders who are helping make Montgomery County an even better place to live, work, and thrive.
