People sometimes ask "What is Kiwanis?" Our answer is:
We help kids. We are a Youth oriented service organization
We partner with Riley Hospital for Children. Come to a meeting any Thursday at the Crawfordsville District Public Library. 11:30 is lunch and meeting starts at Noon.

Brant is a happy eight-year-old boy who loves his mother, his big brother, and his sisters. He also likes to go swimming. He is autistic and needs help communicating because he is nonverbal. His speech therapist, Grant Bailey, has recommended an iPad with touch chat programming. Kiwanis is a service organization that is here in our community to help children with their needs. We are providing this iPad for Brant. We are seeking funds to provide this iPad and for future adaptive equipment for children in our community. Please consider donating and sending a check to Kiwanis at our PO Box 611, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 or through our QR code or our fundraising link. We keep these funds in our service budget to help children when the needs are requested. Thank you for your support.

Thank you to everyone that helped support Operation ToyBox 2024! Whether it be donating, helping collect or helping store toys, spreading the word or volunteering your time to set up or distribute to the families, your efforts helped us ensure that over 150 children here in Montgomery County will have toys under the tree on Christmas morning!

But it doesn’t stop there- because of our community’s amazing generosity, we were also able to make toy donations to several preschools, daycares, and shelters to help get toys to even more children in need.

We can’t thank you all enough because we know we can’t serve on the scale we do without the support from every single one of you.
Thank you all, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and we can’t wait to see you all in 2025!

The National Guard will be out collecting toys today, Friday 12/13. If you need to make a late donation, please reach out to us on Facebook or at [email protected] and we can help collect the toys.
