Rhode Island Dream Center Providing Hope to the Impoverished through food, clothing, education and services in the
greater Rhode Island area.

We provide programs that serve homeless and low income families in RI.

1. "I Need U 2 Survive"- Provides women with head to toe make-overs, including hair washing and hair cuts.

2. "Hope for the Homeless-Backpack Drive"- Provides backpacks filled with winter essentials to unhoused men and women.

3. "Early Seekers"- Provides food, clothing & toiletries to homeless men & women each Saturday morning.

4. "Delicately Loved Women”- Provides support and resources for women experiencing domestic violence or trauma.

5. "Food Truck"- Provides meals to men and women experiencing homeless in Providence, RI and surrounding areas

6. “Adopt-A-Block” - Builds relationships one block at a time.

Tonight at # it is starting to get a little chilly,we could definitely use some blankets and oversized clothing. We gave out All of the food,as we get to the middle to the end of each month, the lines get longer.This time of the Year is a definite shock to them. On Sunday November 22 @1:30 We will be having Our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Less Fortunate. Last year we fed over 200 people, we cooked 16 Turkeys and 8 Hams.along with mashed potatoes and all of the fixings ,including stuffing. Donations and Volunteers are Welcomed. More info to follow.

Coming Real Soon will be Our annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Less Fortunate on Sunday ,November 22 @1:30.Last year we fed over 200 people,a healthy and hearty Thanksgiving Dinner. There will be Haircuts, Clotges and Toiletries from the Mae Organization.More info to follow. 🙏🙏

Good Evening Everyone from . Tonight there was not a long line,but there was a constant line. A Gentleman came thru Our line tonight,the one with this Dog. He informed us that after 35 years that He just got evicted from His apartment. Now He is Homeless. It is do Sad to see people like this in Todays World. We Prayed with Him and Wished Him Well . We did however give out all the Food that we had ,plus some extra.Have a Blessed Night 🙏 🙏

Good Evening Everyone from . I can't even Explain Tonight,The Line was exceptionally Long and it took a long while to end. We served at least 125 people. We ran out of Food ,down near the End.We Prayed with one guy,because he was having issues with his SSI.We prayed with another one ,because his Mom recently passed away. There was another guy that had no arm,he had a hook for his other arm.,carrying his bag around, he had bad legs.There was another Woman,who was swearing the whole time she was in line ,and even after we gave her food.To stop and think,and sit back and hear there stories is Truly Unbelievable, that in a Society in which we Live in now can let people live like that.To all the people that read this post,please stop and Think of how Blessed You really are🙏🙏🙏

Good Evening Everyone, Tonight at the mood was upbeat,the people were Happy,and the weather was perfect. Although We did hand out Food to at least 110 People, They were Greatful that We were there to Help them.I can't imagine being in their situation, some of them,just pour their souls out to you. I have to step back and rethink the way I process their Stories when they talk to you..Have a Blessed Night and as always be Thankful for what You have 🙏 🙏🙏
