Knights of Columbus Rev. Richard A. Meetings are held on the
third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in the Mother Cabrini Parish Center.

Donnelly Council #322 A vibrant and growing council which strives to actively support vocations, assist in planning parish functions, and raise funds for Knights of Columbus charities. The Knights of Columbus is lay Catholic fraternal service organization open to all Catholic men in communion with the Holy See (i.e., one must accept and abide by the Commandments of God and the precepts and tenets

of the Catholic Church), age eighteen and above. One of the primary missions of the Knights of Columbus is to support local charities. The Knights of Columbus was formed in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled, and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief, and public relief works. The history of the Order shows how the foresight of Father Michael J. McGivney, whose cause for sainthood is being investigated by the Vatican, brought about what has become the world’s foremost Catholic fraternal benefit society. The Order has helped families obtain economic security and stability through its life insurance, annuity, and long-term care programs, and has contributed time and energy worldwide to service in communities. The Knights of Columbus has grown from several members in one council to more than 13,000 councils and 1.7 million members throughout the United States, Canada, the Philippines, Mexico, Poland, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Guatemala, Guam, and Saipan.

Rev. Richard A. Donnelly Council No. 322 joyfully joins the universal Church in celebrating the election of our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV — formerly Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, O.S.A.!

🇺🇸 Born in Chicago and a member of the Order of Saint Augustine, Pope Leo XIV is the first American pope in history. A man of deep faith, pastoral wisdom, and missionary service, his election is a powerful moment of hope for Catholics in the U.S. and across the world.

As Brother Knights, we renew our pledge of loyalty and prayerful support for the Successor of Saint Peter.

Lord, bless our Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV.
Grant him wisdom to teach, courage to lead, and a heart modeled after the Good Shepherd.
May Mary, Mother of the Church, protect him.
