We are off to a great start and "Going Bright Ahead" this Cookie Season.
I hope you had a Happy and Healthy Holiday.
Some questions that have come up this first week:
Why am I not getting an email when someone places a Digital Order?
Emails for Digital Orders are going out nightly. Reminders will be sent for 5 days. After that time, the order will be cancelled. Parents can log in to their Digital Cookie site and approve orders without the email.
I did not get the Digital Cookie Invitation/ My Invitation has expired.
That's ok. Please login to Digital Cookie at https://digitalcookie.girlscouts.org/login and select "Forgot Password". If your link has expired, you will be asked if you want a new invitation. This will regenerate the link to login. Searching for 'Digital Cookie' or '[email protected]' will also help find the email in your inbox or junk/ spam/ promotions file.
An upload will happen tonight to capture all registrations from 12/21. If you are not seeing a Troop/ Leader/ Girl in your eBudde please email [email protected] with all of the Identifying information to quickly assist the issue.
Individual Girl Members will be uploaded tonight. All Individual Registered Members received an email with a form to complete to agree to terms and conditions of the program.
