K9 Timber and his handler used the nice weather and pause in the rain we've been getting to conduct some training out near the airport this afternoon. A search for a "suspect" for tracking purposes was conducted as well as article searches in tall grass.

Did you know that K9s training never really ends. We train routinely in all categories to keep our dogs ready to go. Today K9 Timber (Crandon PD) did some drug detection and article searches with K9 Thunder (Forest County SO) and K9 Ogimaa (Mole Lake Tribal PD)
