Big, big news!! YMCA Summer Day Camp is growing and we are in dire need of a kitchen upgrade. Plans are underway, but we’re not quite there yet financially.

This transition is necessary to prepare, cook, and serve 350+ meals per day to our Summer Day Camp kids. (Breakfast+lunch!)

The upgrade includes: two commercial ovens, a holding cabinet for hot food, an ice machine and a dishwasher.

We have already purchased food trays and transitioned away from daily use of paper products, but are currently hand washing trays!

YMCA Summer Day Camp has officially kicked off and camp registration is on fire. 🔥 We are guaranteed to fill most weeks of camp, so don’t delay your child’s registration! 🎯 Registration for next week is due by Thursday at 12:00 pm.

YMCA Summer Day Camp, located at Camp Coffman, offers valuable character building, learning, enriching field trips, and unique experiences for your child during the summer months! There is no screen time, just building friendships and memories, boosting confidence, and learning!

Next week is our last week of school field trips until next year. Only 10 spots are open for next year! School field trips for 2027 will open in January!

Seventh graders visited YMCA Camp Coffman in Clarion County. Activities included archery, kayaking, hiking, crafts and more. Thanks to Jenny Lewis and Heidi Afton and everyone else who made it happen!
