We’re thrilled to welcome Tami Eagle Bowling and Kara Lindsay as the cohosts of this year’s Live Broadcast on October 13!

Tami Eagle Bowling is an 11-year metastatic breast cancer thriver and the Creator of Live. Through her dedication to advocacy, Tami continues to amplify the voices of the metastatic breast cancer community and remind the world why more research, better treatments, and more time matter.

Kara Lindsay is a celebrated Broadway performer and breast cancer survivor, known for originating the role of Katherine Plumber in Newsies and playing Glinda in Wicked. She brings her passion for storytelling and advocacy to this meaningful evening.

Together, Tami and Kara will guide an evening of inspiration, entertainment, and powerful stories to raise critical funds for metastatic breast cancer research.

For Lauren, living with MBC means choosing to embrace the rhythms of everyday life and finding beauty in the moments that matter. Her story is a powerful reminder that even alongside the challenges of metastatic breast cancer, there can still be room for joy, hope, and connection.

Now, nearly eight and a half years into living with MBC, she shares her story to inspire hope in fellow thrivers, help the broader public better understand metastatic breast cancer, and advocate for something our community needs now more than ever: action over awareness.

For Sally, using her voice means helping others feel less alone while shining a light on the realities of living with MBC. Her story is a powerful reminder that awareness is just the beginning. We need continued advocacy, action, and research to create better treatment options and more time for those living with metastatic breast cancer.

On June 14, 2026, we lost a bright light in the MBC community, Brittney Beadle.

During this year’s Live Show, tune in for a special tribute as Brittney’s mom and husband continue to share Brittney’s wishes and inspire the community to .

She always chose love over fear and found joy even in the most difficult moments. And a big thank you to MaryAnn Kalegi Mazellan for securing a proclamation and organizing a watch party at Winter Garden Town Hall with Karla Beadle and Patrick Coppieters.

MEET OUR AMBASSADOR & MBC THRIVER: Kaela Wagner✨

At 36 years old and a mom of two, Kaela was diagnosed de novo with metastatic breast cancer with bone metastases in January 2026, after discovering a lump herself the month before.

Alongside her husband, Mike, she has turned her diagnosis into a call for advocacy—sharing their journey and amplifying the stories of others in the metastatic breast cancer community through their podcast Her Cancer Our Story. As a ambassador, she has secured over 18 landmarks to illuminate as part of the campaign as well as proclamations from local leadership.

For Kaela, advocacy means using her voice to raise awareness, connect with others, and shine a light on the realities of living with metastatic breast cancer. Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of community, representation, and continued research for better treatment options.

MEET OUR LIVE TALENT: Victoria Clark! ✨

We are thrilled to welcome two-time Tony Award-winning actress, director and Broadway star Victoria Clark to Live! 💗💙💚

Victoria has appeared in fourteen Broadway productions and earned Tony Awards for originating the leading roles in The Light in the Piazza and Kimberly Akimbo. She has also received three additional Tony nominations for Sister Act, Gigi and Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Most recently, she starred in Punch at Manhattan Theatre Club.

Her remarkable career extends beyond Broadway to television, film and the concert stage, with credits including The Gilded Age, Elsbeth, The Blacklist, Homeland, Pose, The Happening and Cradle Will Rock. She has also performed multiple times at Carnegie Hall and is an accomplished director and educator.

We are honored to have Victoria lend her extraordinary talent and voice to Live as we shine a brighter light on the metastatic breast cancer community and the urgent need for more research.

💙MEET OUR AMBASSADOR & MBC THRIVER: Kate Bank Smith! ✨

💗In 2016, at just 38 years old and with no family history of breast cancer, Kate was diagnosed with and treated for lobular breast cancer. Now, three years into living with MBC, she dedicates her time to connecting with and supporting others in the metastatic breast cancer community as an ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis Mentor and through her local peer-to-peer support group.

💚For Kate, community is at the heart of advocacy. Through mentorship and connection, she helps others navigate the realities of MBC while creating a space where no one has to face this diagnosis alone. Her story is a powerful reminder of the importance of connection, support, and continued research for better treatment options.

Today we pay tribute to Brittney Beadle and the courage, resilience, and light she brought into this world.

Diagnosed with breast cancer at 18 years old on the night of her senior prom, and with metastatic breast cancer just one month later on the day of her high school graduation, Brittney spent the next 11 years showing the world that life is for living. She faced each day with remarkable strength, spreading positivity, hope, and joy to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Brittney deserved more time.

As we remember her today, we honor the impact she made, the lives she touched, and the legacy she leaves behind. May we continue to advocate, raise awareness, and push for the research that will one day end deaths from metastatic breast cancer.

Rest in peace, Brittney. Your light will continue to shine.
