If you need a reminder of why you live in Moffat County, this weekend is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of hometown pride and hometown generosity! Check out this schedule!

- Thursday night - Homecoming Bonfire starting at 8:00PM.
- Friday from 11:00AM - 2:00PM donate to United Way’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors Campaign Yampa Valley Bank where YVB will match up to $7,500.
- Friday from 11:30AM - 1:30PM join Bank of Colorado for its Customer Appreciation Luncheon and its $10,000 Outside Lunch Campaign for Moffat County Elementary Schools. BOC will match up to $5,000 to provide picnic tables for the elementary schools so students can enjoy lunch outside.
- Friday, enjoy the Homecoming Parade as it begins from City Park at 1:00PM
- Friday, Homecoming Tailgate Party starting at 5:00PM at Moffat County High School Parking lot.
- Friday, Moffat County Cattlemen’s Fall Gathering at 5:00PM at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion. See Moffat County Beef for more information.
- Friday, Moffat County High School Homecoming Football Game. Kickoff at 7:00PM. Bring a canned food to support MCHS Key Club and save $2 off your ticket.
- Saturday, view the flag lined Victory Way presented by Rotary Club of Craig and solemnly remember the events of 9/11.
- Saturday Northwest Rocky Mountain CASA Falling Into Fall Children’s Festival at City Park from 12:00PM to 3:00PM.

Thank you to all who participated in this morning’s Elevate Education 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run! The course was challenging and sky was hazy; but the morning was cool, the balloons were airborne, and your generosity will help Moffat County children standout like a sunflower in a sea of wheat!
