Today Cub Scouts from Pack 187, along with a few dedicated Scouts earning community service hours from Troop 1189, came together to clean up over 2 miles of Highway 21! They collected 16 bags of trash, saw a dead squirrel, 2 foxes and a critter skull!
These kids showed up, worked hard, and made a visible difference in our community—and had fun doing it.
A big THANK YOU to everyone who slowed down, gave space, and shared a supportive honk as you passed by. Your awareness and encouragement meant more than you know and helped keep our group safe.
Moments like this remind us what Scouting is all about: service, teamwork, and pride in where we live.
