As this year comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on how much we’ve witnessed together….hard seasons, unexpected loss, resilience, and moments where love showed up exactly when it was needed most.

The Sojourney Foundation was created from one simple belief: hope should never be out of reach.

Not for families rebuilding after disaster.
Not for communities navigating hardship.
Not for individuals who just need someone to see them, advocate for them, and stand in the gap.
