Ninth Region Basketball Officials Association / NRBOA The Ninth Region Basketball Officials Association (NRBOA) is a group of professional basketball officials, licensed by the KHSAA.

The Ninth Region Basketball Officials Association (NRBOA) is a group of professional basketball officials, licensed by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) to officiate high school basketball in the state of Kentucky. The NRBOA is an association consisting of independent contractors who officiate for many of the elementary, junior high and high schools in the Northern Kentucky counties of Boone, Kenton & Campbell. Current membership consists of approximately 150 men and women.
