🤔 WHAT IS YOUR CHILD DOING BETWEEN 2:30 PM AND 6:00 PM?
For many children, those few hours after school can make all the difference.
It’s where confidence is built.
It’s where interests are discovered.
It’s where friendships are formed.
It’s where children begin to see what they’re capable of becoming.
At Washington Street Community Center, we believe after school should be more than supervision. That’s why we created the Discovery Lab.
The Discovery Lab is a place where students in grades 1-5 can explore, create, learn, and grow through hands-on experiences, academic support, literacy enrichment, STEM activities, mentorship, and opportunities that help them build confidence for the future.
Imagine your child:
✨ Discovering a new passion
✨ Improving their reading skills
✨ Building and creating through STEM challenges
✨ Developing leadership and social skills
✨ Receiving support from caring mentors
✨ Looking forward to coming back each day
This isn’t just an after-school program. It’s a place where children discover their potential.
If you’re looking for a safe, engaging, and meaningful experience for your child after school, Discovery Lab may be exactly what you’ve been searching for. Registration is now open for students in Grades 1-5.
