The PS We Miss You Fund is proud to sponsor the Covington High School softball team this season!

Softball held a special place in Payton’s heart. She proudly played catcher and absolutely loved being a part of her team. The friendships she built with her teammates meant so much to her and some of her favorite memories were made on the softball field.

A few of the girls on this year’s CHS team were her teammates, making this sponsorship very meaningful to her family.

This season, the team will carry a little piece of her with them. Look for the special banner in her honor, a reminder that Payton’s spirit is still with them.

We wish the CHS ladies a wonderful season! Play hard, make memories and know that Payton is cheering you on every step of the way!

Thank you to everyone who has supported this fund along the way! We appreciate you!

The P.S. We Miss You Fund made a donation to the Boys and Girls Club to sponsor two children for the 2026 summer term.

The Boys & Girls Club summer camp offers a safe environment for kids for 8 weeks over the summer. They offer various activities during the day, provide healthy meals and foster a positive atmosphere for many children.

The donation was made in memory of Stephen, Phoenix, Mackynzie & Payton Lousteau. Thanks to the generosity and support of so many we are able to honor and remember a wonderful family taken too soon.
