Yesterday, Horizon Community Foundation hosted an M&A Happy Hour in partnership with Northern Cincinnati Foundation, bringing together community and business leaders for an engaging conversation around mergers and acquisitions.

The discussion covered a range of timely topics, including updates to SBA loan rules and regulations, how AI is being implemented and utilized in deals, and the importance of having the right team in place to navigate the M&A process.
