Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky

Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky At Horizon Community Foundation, we do the kinds of things a typical community foundation would do, in a very untypical way.

We strive to raise the quality of life for all people in our NKY community because we are proud to call this unique region home. Horizon Community Foundation of Northern Kentucky brings people together to donate and contribute in ways that have never been available before, to combine their resources to help break the cycle of poverty, support the arts, spark development and innovation, enrich our

children’s education, and improve the health and wellness of our community. This is a community foundation designed to manage funds exclusively for the benefit of Northern Kentucky, and you now have an opportunity to become a part of it. When we join forces we can exponentially expand Northern Kentucky’s horizon and advance the vibrant and vital facets of our community – the people, the places, the cultural institutions, and the services – that make us proud to call this our home.

Partners for Change is a nonprofit fund partner helping demonstrate that impact in action.

Endowed funds like this ensure that critical programs don’t just meet today’s needs, but are also supported for generations to come.
