Today is the first of many FutureU! events. Colleges have not visited Brighton middle in twenty years. I am excited to be able to offer this for the 8th graders. A chance to start thinking about what they need to get scholarships or to attend school.

Tipton county 4Hers are working on their string art skills at the southern region teen leadership conference.

Tipton county 4H was represented well. The Jr high team got second place. With Sarah Matlock making top individual for pork.

Attention 4-H friends Tipton and Crockett County 4-H is needing to collect bottle caps for a project. We are collecting the plastic type lids, like you would find on water bottle, coke bottle etc. If you do not mind helping with this cause you please start collecting lids for 4-H? We need around 1500 lids. Thanks!!

This summer has been filled with horse show and presentations for the Tipton County 4H horse club. Carrie Ross represented not only Tipton County but Tennessee 4H at Southern Regions in Perry Georgia. She presented a wonderful presentation on H2O for horses.
