🎓 🎓 Police Who Care, Inc. Proudly Awards the First Doug Bolton Memorial Scholarships

Police Who Care, Inc. was honored to present the inaugural Doug Bolton Memorial Scholarships to three outstanding students.

This scholarship was established to honor the life and legacy of Douglas “Doug” Bolton, whose lifelong commitment to public service, leadership, and community exemplified the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.” Doug faithfully served both his country and community through his military service, law enforcement career, and many years of dedication to Police Who Care and community organizations.

The Doug Bolton Memorial Scholarship was created to support students pursuing higher education, including students connected to the Covington Police Department and students pursuing careers in law enforcement and related fields.

Congratulations to our scholarship recipients! We are proud to support these outstanding students as they continue their educational journeys and work toward making a positive impact in their communities.

We would also like to thank everyone who supports Police Who Care and helps make opportunities like this possible. 💙

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Frank Hilton, a longtime employee of the City of Covington Police Department and a true pillar of our community.

Frank dedicated many years of service to Covington and played a foundational role in creating what is now known as Police Who Care. His vision was simple but powerful—help people, support families, and give back to the community we serve.

Because of Frank, countless lives have been touched through acts of kindness, generosity, and service that continue to this day.

Frank Hilton’s impact on this department and this community cannot be overstated. His legacy will live on through the work we continue and the people we serve.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest easy, Frank. We’ll take it from here 🖤💙🖤

Police Who Care, Inc. would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who helped make Saturday’s Boston Butt Fundraiser a success in support of Officer Henry Taylor’s family.

From our volunteers who took off work and cooked through the night, to those who baked, donated baskets, and helped collect donations, we truly could not have done it without you.

We sold 116 Boston butts and received an outpouring of support from our community.

We are incredibly grateful for each and every person who contributed.

This is what community looks like.
