SAVE THE DATE! Covington Retailers will be holding our 1st Annual Spring Artisan Show on Saturday, May 13 from 10am to 4pm. This event will be held on High Street in downtown Covington, and will include Artists, Crafters and other business vendors, as well as food vendors and a car show.
If you know of anyone interested in participating, applications will be available by Mid-February at Cloud Nine Creations.

Covington's 24th Annual Candlelight Celebration begins tomorrow, Friday, November 13th at 10am! Be sure to come out to shop your local specialty shops, have your photo taken with Santa, and enjoy a ride through town in the horse-drawn sleigh! Our newest art gallery, The Ostrich & The Frog, will be offering two different canvas painting classes.
Raffle tickets are still available at $1 each, or 6 for $5. The raffle drawing will be held at Sellman's Furniture at 4:30pm on Sunday, November 15th. (Need not be present to win!)

Make plans to come on out to downtown Covington tomorrow, Saturday, October 24th, between 11am and 9pm to help our town celebrate Autumn and the Halloween season!
This year, we are combining the annual Costume contest with our 1st ever Artisan Festival! Several local artists will be displaying their wonderful arts, including jewelry, stained glass, handmade wood items, and many more! The Covington High School Cheerleaders will be doing face painting, there will be several food vendors, and live music starts at 5pm (or right after the costume contest!) And, weather permitting, we will be showing "The Nightmare Before Christmas" at 630pm. Bring your chairs or sleeping bags to enjoy this outdoor movie with free popcorn!
And best of all, the shops of Covington will be staying open late for those of you wanting to get started on your Christmas shopping!
