Welcome to our neighborhood! The River Oaks Parents Association is a completely unofficial group of neighborhood parents who wanted an online community to parallel our physical community. There are no dues, secret handshakes, or meetings (unless you all want to come over for a backyard cook-out...). Most of us are parents of young children, but parents of jr. high/high school kids are encouraged to join, too!
