VISION: Create an inclusive training center where young adults with mild to moderate disabilities gain real-world job skills, confidence, independence, and meaningful employment opportunities.

Young adults with disabilities face significantly lower employment rates and higher unemployment rates than their peers without disabilities, despite many being capable of successful competitive employment with appropriate supports.

The Roses in Bloom Training Center will empower young adults with mild to moderate disabilities through vocational training, life skills development, and supported employment opportunities. By partnering with families, schools, and local businesses, the Center will create pathways to independence while fostering a more inclusive and accepting community where every individual has the opportunity to bloom.

The Training Center could become a regional resource in St. Tammany Parish, helping:
* Increase employment rates among individuals with disabilities.
* Reduce dependence on public assistance programs.
* Improve quality of life for participants and families.
* Create a sustainable model of inclusive employment through partnerships with other local employers.
* Transform community perceptions about the abilities and contributions of people with disabilities

Donations will enable Roses in Bloom to establish and expand vocational training, job readiness, and employment support services for young adults with mild to moderate disabilities. Funds will be used to purchase training equipment and technology, support staffing and job coaching services, provide participant resources, and develop partnerships with local employers. We are seeking a centralized location within the community for our training center. Through these efforts, Roses in Bloom will create pathways to employment, independence, and community inclusion while helping participants reach their full potential.

Do you have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering others? Roses in Bloom is seeking educators, special education professionals, retired teachers, vocational trainers, counselors, and community mentors who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young adults with mild-to-moderate disabilities.

Our Mission:
Helping Young Adults Bloom Through Opportunity, Independence, and Inclusion.

We believe every young adult deserves the opportunity to develop skills, gain confidence, build meaningful relationships, and achieve greater independence. Through educational programs, job readiness training, life skills development, and community partnerships, Roses in Bloom helps young adults discover their potential and thrive.
