Resignate Society was something that God had placed in my heart a few years back. vant that wants to ELEVATE & Glorify My King any way I can. I thank Jesus for putting these feelings in my heart and the strength to ACT upon them. I have a heart for Africa & my calling is to be a missionary. I believe Resignate Society is going to be a vessel God is going to use to get me there!

There's INTENSE beauty in what others see as trash. Heard this inspiring story today:
Brazilian Photographer & Artist Vik Muniz, takes pictures of the people of Jardim Gramacho (Brazil), the largest garbage landfill in the world. The place is populated by thousands of “Catadores”: workers whose main occupation consists of picking & collecting waste out of the dump for recycling. Being seen instead
as waste themselves by a prejudiced Brazilian society, their stories are captivating & in them live SUCH UNIMAGINABLE BEAUTY... not seen by the naked eye. Vik Muiz takes pictures of these people & paints their pictures onto floors & fills the artwork w the very trash these people collect. Even though these "Catadores" live in poverty & pick up trash as their career, THEY ARE NOT TRASH...they are BEAUTIFUL...trash does not make them who they are. JUST LIKE GOD, He takes our mistakes, our surroundings & makes us BEAUTIFUL. In us lies SUCH BEAUTY because GOD MADE US! Here is a pic of one of Vik Muniz' art pieces.
