I keep trying to get on with the projects that I've started, and I am, but I really miss Jules Shobert and I'm having a hard time without her.

PondWater is going dark for June and I want to make it about Jules. If you have known her in any of her iterations, please let others know. If you want to share stories, please come here on June 1st, noon to 5.

If you can help me with this massage equipment and you understand that, please come.

King Daddy and Betty N**e have donated a box of fantastic books. I've looked at these books, loved them, hugged them, all the while thinking about how best to promote them. A raffle? Door Prize? Give them away to anyone who wants them?

What I know about this group is that no one will feel comfortable taking all of the books they want.

So, after much thought, I would like to introduce the 25 cent Bookstore!

There will be a beautiful new table under the streetlamp, next to the stage. You will not see it's beauty because it will be covered with books glowing with their own draw. Bring some quarters, or a buck, or some books to add to this new bookstore.

Once again, we get to have these things.

I love PondWater so much, it really does feel like some separate entity that goes around on it's own moving and evolving and I just watch and love it. It is us. It is what it is. It feeds itself and there is usually pretty good parking.

You know, my job is to promote this event every month. What a ridiculously easy job that is. Tomorrow is going to be so wonderful and special and magic. I'm fairly sure that if you are not here, you will regret it. This is not a threat, I promise not to go around breaking bones, it's all about regret avoidance. My life revolves around this concept and now I'm just trying to help you.

Sure, come over tomorrow to wring my neck for that last paragraph, perfect.
