Dear Community Members,
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Coventry Memorial Post 9404 along with their Auxiliary are holding a golf tournament to help support the Post at Melody Hill Country Club, 55 Melody Hill CC Rd #2238 Chepachet, RI 02814. The proceeds from this event will help support your local VFW Post. The success of this tournament relies primarily on the support of Tee Sponsors and Raffle Prize Donations. We will continue to accept sponsors until Friday June 5, 2026, COB.
As a tee sponsor, your company name will be printed on an individual sign and placed on a tee box for all players and volunteers to see. The cost for a sponsorship is $100.00 per tee sign.
If you are willing to be a tee sponsor, please complete the attached form. You may mail it back along with your choice of payment to VFW Coventry Memorial Post # 9404 29 South Main Street Coventry, RI 02816. You may also email the completed form back to the Post and either mail your payment or call 401-828-9705 (office) or 401-575-8546 (cell) to submit your payment over the phone during open hours:
Mon. Closed, Tues. 5-8pm, Wed. 5-8pm, Thur. 4-8pm, Fri. 3-10pm, Sat. 3-9pm, and Sun. 12-9pm
If you choose to support us by donating a raffle prize, then you can either mail it to the above address or contact a Post Member and we will come pick it up from you!
