We are beyond grateful to Wendy Davis for creating the very first round of our Snuggle Safe Disc Covers! The craftsmanship is incredible, the fit is perfect, and the attention to detail shines through in every cover!

These covers are unbelievably soft, plush, and cozy, exactly what we hoped for! The quality is outstanding, and you can truly feel the care and skill that went into making each one.

We are so thankful for her talent, dedication, and willingness to help us get this project off the ground.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of dropping off a couple of kitten kits to Veterinary Urgent Care Center in East Providence!

A special thank you to Sam C. for reaching out and helping make this connection possible. Veterinary Urgent Care is one of the places where compassionate people sometimes bring in neonatal kittens they’ve found, and we’re grateful to be able to support those lifesaving efforts with supplies for the tiniest and most vulnerable kittens.

Thank you as well to the entire staff for the warm reception and for being on board with our mission. Every Kitten Kit helps provide essential resources to give these little ones the best possible start.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of dropping off a kitten kit to Joe at the North Kingstown Animal Shelter!

A special thank you to Kate, who initiated and coordinated this exchange to help support the shelter's efforts in caring for vulnerable kittens. Every kitten kit provides essential supplies that help give these little ones the best possible start.

It's always inspiring to see our community come together to support local animals in need. Thank you to the team at the North Kingstown Animal Shelter for all that you do!

We are looking for volunteers who are experienced with sewing! We are in a pickle, we have a stack of heat discs with no covers! 🫠

All the materials will be provided, we just need your sewing skills and a little of your time. 💗

These heating discs help provide comfort, warmth, and safety for neonatal kittens. One of the most important parts of caring for a neonatal kitten, is to keep them WARM.

When we heard that Ocean State Veterinary Specialists had just handed out their last emergency kitten kit, we headed over bright and early this morning to restock them.

The reason why it’s so important for OSVS to have kits on hand is because neonatal kitten care does not stop once the day is over. Rescuers need access to supplies 24/7.

Last night, we had the opportunity to speak with a group of dedicated Animal Control Officers and supplied them with 40 kitten kits (20 emergency kits and 20 mini kits for vehicle use.)

We explained the role of each kit component, emphasizing how keeping kits in shelters and vehicles would significantly impact the survival rate of kittens. Given the time-sensitive nature of neonatal kitten care, it is essential to minimize delays in providing warmth, as prolonged deprivation can lead to detrimental health issues.

We would like to extend special thanks to Nancy Kohler and Art Smith for inviting us to present and for the opportunity to distribute our life-saving kitten kits.

Last night we dropped off supplies and did a well visit for a foster home. When we arrived the kitten was toasty warm and doing great, thanks to his super attentive foster mom, Sabrina!

What we did last night was the easy part…Especially since the kitten was doing well. We essentially dropped supplies and got to see a healthy kitten.

The effort to get that kitten in such a good state was not easy.. it included an exhausted foster mom doing feedings every couple hours (including overnight),a vet visit and multi-rescue involvement. This stuff is not easy. It takes many, many man hours and a ton of effort.

Thank you Ten Lives Cat Rescue and Tiny Paws Kitten Care of Rhode Island for doing the hard part!

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Olivia (pictured below!) from Providence Animal Control! It’s always wonderful connecting with people who are so dedicated to helping animals in our community.

This morning, we received a call from Gina, one of PACC’s animal control officers, letting us know they had just used their last kitten kit. We were happy to drop off new kitten kits and much-needed supplies to help care for the shelter’s tiniest residents during this especially busy season.

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work Providence Animal Control does every day to keep these animals safe, cared for, and loved.
