Brethren,

A reminder that Belhaven Lodge will be conferring an Entered Apprentice Degree tomorrow night 5/26 as we welcome our newest member taking his first steps into Masonry.

Dinner will be served at 6:45 PM, and the Lodge will be tyled at 7:30 PM.

We encourage all Brothers who are able to attend to come out and show your support for this important and meaningful evening. Let’s fill the Lodge and make this a memorable night for our newest Brother.

It is with sadness that I must inform you that PM David Hartsell's mother went to be with our Lord sometime last night. As of yet, arrangements have not been made. As soon as I have all of the arrangements, I will forward this information out to everyone. Let's keep Brother David Hartsell and his family in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this unfortunate time.

CALLING ALL MASONS!
Grand lodge will be opened by the Grand Master and Grand line officers in St. John's No. 3 lodge room prior to the rededication ceremony THIS SATURDAY at 1:00pm.

This is an historic event as we mark the 225th anniversary of the cornerstone dedication. It is one of only a few public Masonic ceremonies. Please attend and help us celebrate this special occasion!

Mark your calendars and join us as the The Grand Lodge of AF & AM of North Carolina and Saint John's Lodge No. 3 AF&AM celebrate the anniversary of the laying of our original cornerstone in 1801.

St. John's No. 3's building, originally called New Bern Masons' Hall, is one of the oldest surviving Masonic buildings in America. During this 250th anniversary year of our nation, we will commemorate the 225th anniversary of the cornerstone laying with an appropriate ceremony.

The event will feature a special Masonic re-dedication ceremony conducted by the Grand Master of Masons in North Carolina, with support from Grand Lodge Officers.

Learn about the New Bern Masonic Theatre Historic Preservation Foundation, a 501c3 charitable organization, dedicated to preserving and enhancing the building, including the addition of new venue space.
