Coupeville Festival Association Established in 1964 – the Coupeville Arts and Crafts Festival is one of Washington State’s oldest, continuously run festivals.

The Festival is renowned for its primary focus on quality arts and crafts, handmade by artisans from the Pacific Northwest and beyond. The historic town of Coupeville is located on Penn Cove, Central Whidbey Island, WA. Shoppers, vendors and visitors will all be charmed by the waterfront views.
