June is Men’s Mental Health 💙

Most of you know why The You Are Loved Project was started but for those who might not know, HE IS WHY ⬇️. Tristan Andrew Eggett 💙 He was a son, brother, nephew, grandson, father and friend to so many and he is missed EVERYDAY!

He hid most of his pain for years because for men, showing rawness and vulnerability isn’t something they do. So this post is for the guys-please know you’re not alone and the people in your life LOVE you and will always support you!
