Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd, and will reopen Monday, July 6th.

As we celebrate our nation’s freedom, we are reminded that strong communities are built when families have access to affordable, safe, quality housing and the opportunity to thrive. We remain proud to serve our neighbors and support community revitalization through housing that creates stability and hope for the future.

Closing out June with sunshine, smiles, and a little friendly competition at our 1st Annual NWHS Team Golf Outing! ⛳☀️

Friday was all about stepping away from the office, enjoying time together, and celebrating our amazing team that works every day to support affordable, safe, quality housing and stronger communities. From great swings to lots of laughs, it was the perfect way to wrap up the month.

A huge thank you to our plus one for bringing the energy. We celebrated with teamwork and fun. Here’s to building community on and off the course! 💚🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

⛳️ Fore! The NWHS Team hit the greens for the Council Bluffs Building & Trades 38th Annual Golf Bash—and let’s just say our community spirit was much stronger than some of our golf swings. 😄

We were proud to be a hole sponsor alongside our fabulous partners, NP Dodge Real Estate and Wall by Wahle Construction, LLC. Great weather, great laughs, great partners, and only a few questionable shots into places golf balls were never meant to go.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the day such a fun success. We’re always grateful for opportunities to connect, support our community, and celebrate the partnerships that help build stronger neighborhoods. 🏘️💚

Today, we celebrate National Homeownership Month. It celebrates the value of homeownership to families, communities, and neighborhoods across America. By becoming homeowners, people take a step closer to the American dream. This month also shares the joys of being a homeowner, which can encourage others to achieve the same.

We have homeownership options in Council Bluffs that are move-in ready today: 2403 N Broadway, 2407 N Broadway, and 102 N 8th Street.
