The CB Alumni + Friends Network connects graduates, staff and friends of Thomas Jefferson, Kanesville & Abraham Lincoln High Schools in Council Bluffs, IA.

The CB Alumni & Friends Network is open to all supporters of the Council Bluffs Community Schools District — teachers, parents, students who attended any of our schools, and community members.By joining the network you ensure your connection to all the events, news and benefits offered by the CB Alumni & Friends Network. Members receive newsletters, event invitations and special offers, as well as reunion mailings if your class participates.

TJ takes the win! 🏌️‍♂️

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Alumni & Friends Golf Outing another success! Whether you played, sponsored, or bought raffle tickets, you made a difference. You helped raise $17,000 to support the children, families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District ♥ (and gave Thomas Jefferson another year of bragging rights 😉)

This event would not be possible without our event sponsor Cox, our drink sponsor BCDM Architects, and our mulligan sponsors Rasmussen Mechanical Services and Olsson. Thank you for your generosity!

Registration for the 2026 Alumni & Friends Golf Outing is open!

Join us for a fun day of competition between alumni of Thomas Jefferson High School and Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln as they battle it out for bragging rights all while raising money for our schools.

Register your team today at cbsf.org or use the link in the comments below. Don't delay, this event fills up every year!

All proceeds from team registrations and sponsorships go to support the children, families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District.

The Thomas Jefferson High School Spirit Award nominations are open now! These awards are presented annually at the TJ Hall of Fame ceremony to individuals who have demonstrated and exemplified character and service to Thomas Jefferson, and in addition have provided an exceptional contribution to their community, nation, career, and/or philanthropic activities.

If you would like to nominate an individual for the Spirit of Achievement or Spirit of Service award, you may complete the nomination forms by using the link in the comments below.

Submissions are due by April 15.
