Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S, Inc. hosted their 3rd Annual Adult Prom, for special needs, last Saturday 6/20/2026; and had Under the Big Top for a magical evening full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories! Also thanks to our sponsor again!

Our Altrusa International of Council Bluffs, IA members volunteered to manage and provided gifts for the BINGO games for the Prom attendees. Had a fun time!
