Barb Schnakenberg won the May prize giveaway: the new "Hymns of the Season Vol 6: My Soul, Adore Him" book. This is what she had to say:

"Thank you! I was delighted to receive the new 'Hymns of the Season vol 6: My Soul Adore Him' that I won in May! I love these books. I teach music in an LCMS day school and although I don't play the piano very well, I can play the level two hymns from the DH series to accompany my classes. Also, some of my students take lessons at Trinity School of Music and eagerly volunteer to play the hymns in class, since they are learning the very same hymns at TSM!"

Volume up! Two trumpet players played out of the Hymns of the Season Descant edition at Zion Music Academy, Mascoutah, Illinois. What a great way to add wind instruments to the worship service!

David's Harp is at it again, helping to start parish based music conservatories around the country! This time, we were in Cullman Alabama at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. What a wonderful day! Special thanks to Olivia Tholke, Pastor Bussman and all our friends at St. Paul's! We are eager to help plant this parish based music conservatory for the church, classical school and community!
