Today, we want to recognize and sincerely thank TAG Truck Center for their generous $1,600 donation to the Miracle Makers Corporate Challenge benefiting Le Bonheur Children's Hospital through Children's Miracle Network.

They are helping provide hope, healing, and life-changing care to children and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. To all of our Miracle Makers family,
You may have noticed that this year we're trying a few new marketing ideas to help grow our fundraising efforts and ultimately raise more money for the children and families served by Children's Miracle Network and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
One of those ideas is our Corporate Challenge Leaderboard. The purpose of the leaderboard is simple: to create some friendly competition among local businesses and corporations that choose to donate directly to our events. By recognizing companies and celebrating their generosity, we're hoping to inspire others to step up and join the mission. Every dollar raised helps make a difference in the life of a child, and if a little friendly competition helps us raise more money for the kids, then it's worth trying.
I've had a few questions about the difference between the Leaderboard and our Legends Program. The Leaderboard will showcase companies and organizations participating in the Corporate Challenge, including their fundraising totals. The Legends Program is different. Legends are individuals, teams, and supporters who have made a special commitment to our cause. While we will proudly recognize our Legends, we will never publicly display their donation amounts. Legends are about heart, commitment, and making a difference, not competition.
As many of you know, this is the eighth years for this event, and every year we continue to learn, grow, and look for new ways to make a bigger impact. This year is certainly one of our most challenging. The economy is tough, sponsorship dollars are harder to secure, and many businesses are being asked to support more causes than ever before. But despite those challenges, our commitment to these children has never been stronger.
People often ask me why I spend so much time doing this. The answer is simple. When you walk through the halls of Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, meet the children fighting battles they never asked for, and see the strength of the families standing beside them, it changes you. Those experiences remind me why this mission matters. That's why Jennifer and I continue to dedicate our time and energy to these events year after year. We don't receive anything in return except the opportunity to help make a difference in a child's life and that is more than enough.
I also want to share how excited I am to have Noel and Wally from Fishers of Men joining us again this year. They were an incredible blessing to our events last year, and we're grateful to have their support once again. It truly takes a team to make these events successful, and we are thankful for every volunteer, sponsor, donor, and supporter who stands beside us.
If you've ever wanted to get involved, now is the perfect time. Whether you'd like to volunteer, help secure sponsors, introduce us to local businesses, join our fundraising efforts, become a Legend, or simply share our message, we would love to have you on the team. Every connection, every donation, and every act of support helps us move closer to our goal.
