Labor Day is all about celebrating the workforce, and the best way to honor hard work is to take a real break from it. So to celebrate, our team is fully committing to the cause by penciling some cat naps into our schedules this weekend.

A quick heads-up: The office is closed on Monday, September 7th. We will be back on Tuesday, September 8th — recharged, refreshed, and ready to get to work.

🍂 Kick off fall with a cozy, creative night out!

Join our Fall Pumpkin Wire Frame Wreath Making Class and create a beautiful front-door statement piece.

Choose your style:
🧡 Vibrant & Cozy Classic: orange fabric, festive ribbon, rustic jute, and faux florals
🤍 Elegant Beaded Farmhouse: bead strands, jute accents, a focal bow, and autumn greenery

No crafting experience needed! We’ll provide the pumpkin wire forms, tools, ribbon, jute, beads, faux florals, floral wire, and hot glue. Our friendly instructor will walk you through building your base and arranging your embellishments.

Bring your favorite non-alcoholic beverage - spiced cider, a pumpkin spice latte, iced tea, or another favorite - and bring a friend for an evening of laughter, crafting, and community connection.

Basic Sign Language Class!

This class is an introduction of deaf culture with instruction of basic sign language. The instruction will include learning the alphabet, numbers, days of the week, family relationships, how to help in an emergency with a deaf person, and more. Participants will walk away with several hundred signs and have a basic understanding of American Sign Language.

Whether you are picking up needles for the first time or want to knit with a friendly community, this class is for you. In this class you will learn three stiches and how to seam up your mittens.

Meet Your Instructors:
Kathleen England (Glenfiddich Wool): A sheep farmer and award-winning knitter. Her stunning designs have featured in Love of Knitting magazine, including two bridal gowns! Kathleen has taught all skill levels and showcases her spinning and knitting skills at schools and universities. Her products have also been featured in fashion shows in Chicago!
Tonya McNamara (Blossburg Company Store): A passionate knitter who turned her retirement dream into a beautiful local business.
