Womanโ€™s Club of Cotulla members supported newly installed GFWC Texas President Novella Byrd at her installation and reception on Saturday May 2. Those in attendance included Esmy Gonzalez, Cissy Allen, Novella, Stephanie Canales, Minerva Rios and Louisa Franklin. What a great night!
