St. Vincent De Paul at St. Joseph Cottleville

St. Vincent De Paul at St. Joseph Cottleville Conferences are organized locally (usually with a Catholic Church), where Vincentians witness God's love by embracing all works of charity and justice.

The Society collaborates with other people of good will in relieving need and addressing its causes, making no distinction in those served, because in them Vincentians see the face of Christ.

The Lenten Archdiocesan-wide Deacon Diaper Drive has been announced.
At our parish, the collections will be at two weekend masses: March 21/22 and March 28/29. In addition, the parish school and PSR have been asked to participate.
The agencies we will help have a need for baby diapers and toddler pull-ups as well as baby wipes and adult diapers.
If you are able, please bring a package to one of the weekend masses or support the schools' collection week. Thank you once again for helping our neighbors in need.

The Old Time Christmas Bazaar, stocked with thousands of gently used donations from the community, brought hundreds of shoppers to our school cafeteria. All contributions go to our conference, enabling us to help our neighbors in need.
Seen among shoppers were The Honorable Stephen Thompson, Mayor of Cottleville and Mrs. Thompson.
Thanks to all who volunteered their time, talent and treasures. And special thanks to Kathleen and Jason for their vision of and dedication to this event again this year.

Help our neighbors in need with the things they most need this Christmas season! Look for The Giving Tree envelopes placed on the "exit" tables in the church gathering area during all weekends of December. Schnucks, Aldi, Walmart and QT are some of the cards the neighbors really enjoy! Venmo QR code is available on the back side of the envelope as well. Merry. Christmas!

A big thank you goes to St. Joseph Student Council for helping us load up over 100 bags of groceries for St. Peter Parish in St. Charles. The parish is part of the EWR (Emergency Weather Response) team that will provide safe sleep overnight for individuals seeking shelter when the weather is predicted to be 20 degrees or below. This winter, the church is open two separate weeks for shelter, dinner and breakfast. The food donation will go a long way to assist our homeless neighbors in St Charles.
