I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! Frasier joined the world on Memorial Day, giving us an extra special reason to celebrate such an important holiday each year. Mom and baby are both doing well and we thank all of you who have sent your support, encouragement and even dinner 🤤🙏😴

Weather looks great for Bootcamp on Saturday so I hope to see all of you there! Bring extra water and sunscreen 💪🌞
