Finally!!!!! The water has receded just enough for Tot to make it to the store!! He was able to purchase multiple items such as antibiotic ointment, glucose strips, bandaids, an oxygen tank, and even a wheelchair. Round two is complete!!!! Looking for the next round to get started!!
