Tues-Sat: 1-4pm
Closed Sun, Mon

Donald Dungan Library Hours
Mon-Thurs: 10am-7pm
Fri-Sun: 9am-5pm The Friends is the primary support group for the two branches of the Orange County Public Library system located in Costa Mesa, California. We provide funding for children's programs as well as books and equipment not included in the County Library budget
