Committed to Ending the Cycle of Youth Homelessness! http://standupforkids.org/OrangeCounty StandUp for Kids is run almost entirely by volunteers.

In addition to helping homeless and at-risk youth with immediate necessities such as food, clothing, shelter and personal hygiene, StandUp for Kids offers a wide array of services, including: assistance in finding housing; education assistance; vocational development; counseling; health services; transportation to self-help meetings; and legal assistance. We are honored to announce our featured speaker for the 2026 StandUp for Kids Gala, Luis Correa! 💜

Luis is a graduate of our Youth Programs, having participated in both our Journey to Self Sufficiency Program and Work Activation Readiness Program.

Today, Luis is a licensed Realtor serving clients throughout Southern California. His journey is a powerful example of what can happen when a young person has access to the right support, opportunities, and someone willing to walk alongside them.

We are incredibly proud to welcome Luis back to StandUp for Kids, this time to share his story and inspire our guests with what is possible.

Last week, our youth had an amazing day at the beach thanks to Serve & Surf! 🌊

From catching their first waves to working together during a beach cleanup, our youth had the opportunity to try something new while spending time together in a fun and encouraging environment. Experiences like these help build confidence, strengthen connections, and create lasting memories.

A heartfelt thank you to Serve & Surf for once again welcoming our youth and creating such a meaningful day. We are so grateful for partners who continue to invest in the young people we serve and make opportunities like this possible!
